The fastest Triumph Bonneville Bobber comes with an eye-catching appearance.

Triumph Bonneville Bobber is one of the retro motorcycles that bikers like. Motorcycle tuning studio Thornton Hundred Motorcycles took on the project to make the Triumph Bonneville Bobber even more appealing to enthusiasts with more powerful performance. Thus was born the fastest Triumph Bobber in the world.

Today, this model fetched over $50,000 at auction.

The price is really crazy, but the bike seems worth it with all the stories it has created and the performance it promises.

Thornton was working on this fast Triumph Bonneville Bobber at the height of the pandemic. The motorcycle caught the attention of many enthusiasts with breathtaking drag racing performance.

What makes this motorcycle so hype-generating? It has a Rotrex C15 supercharger, forged pistons, TTS machine cases, Thornton’s V4 widebody kit and a nitrous oxide kit as well. All of these elements combined, the bike becomes capable of producing insane levels of power, far beyond the British high-end motorcycle manufacturer’s standard of a parallel-twin engine.

Even with a 1200cc engine, a stock Triumph Bonneville Bobber produces about half of what Thornton had his custom Bobber do. It is capable of pumping out 200 horsepower when nitrous is loaded. Clearly the bobber is starting to make superbike figures. Without nitrous, it can produce 160 hp, which is also high enough for any rider.

The custom Triumph Bonneville Bobber is capable of completing a quarter-mile drag race in a mind-blowing 10.49 seconds. The bike even performed a little climbing action during the 2021 Goodwood Festival of Speed.

Also in terms of design, the Triumph Bonneville Bobber looks stunning with its shiny bare appearance. It comes with a big hand-painted fuel tank that catches the eye at first glance with the blue color theme. The engine block is completely bare, while the mudguards have been ripped off, showing the meaty rubbers wrapped around the multi-spoke wheels.
