Mechanically, both bikes continue to use the same motors as their predecessors. Both bikes are powered by a 1200cc, liquid-cooled, 8-valve, SOHC, parallel-twin engine that produces 78bhp of peak power at 6100rpm and 106Nm of peak torque at 4000rpm.
